Vi fortsätter tema Marianne. Igår tryfflar, idag chokladbräck.
Mariannebräck
150 g mörk choklad
150 g mjölkchoklad
halv påse Mariannekarameller
Smält 100 g mörkchoklad över vattenbad på låg temperatur, när chokladen har smält bryt ner de sista 50 g och rör ut. Bred ut chokladen tunnt på ett bakpapper eller plastfolie. Ställt kallt en stund. Upprepa under tiden tempereringen med mjölkchoklad. Kross Mariannekarameller grovt och sila bort det finaste dammet. Bred ut mjölchoklad ovanpå den mörka chokladen och strössla med karamellkrosset.
